Superdocu integration

Superdocu collects documents and form answers from clients through guided workflows. Create, update, tag and invite contacts, assign workflow templates to them (contact workflows, also called dossiers), work through the pending-actions dashboard, approve or reject uploaded documents and form answers, ask for more files, send reminders, share files with a contact, download documents and ZIP exports, import and export contacts as CSV, and read activity timelines. Contacts and their documents and form answers (an IBAN, for example) are personal data. Left out: uploading files into a documents group on a contact's behalf, authoring workflow templates (creating, editing, duplicating or deleting them, their steps, modules and reminder templates), creating, editing and publishing portals, and webhooks (configured in the Superdocu app). Authentication is an API token created in the Superdocu admin UI and sent as a Bearer token (Zapier tokens are refused); writes are refused while the company is in build mode without a subscription.

What you can do with Superdocu

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Workflow, 7 operations

Approve, 4 operations

Shared document, 4 operations

Download, 3 operations

get_downloadGet downloadGETReturns the state of a ZIP export: processing, completed, failed or expired, with its link and expiry once completed. Poll every few seconds until it is completed.
