Integration

SuiteDash integration

SuiteDash is an all-in-one client portal, CRM and project management platform for service businesses. With its Secure API an agent can list, find, create and update CRM contacts and companies, list, find and update projects, subscribe contacts to marketing audiences by email, list Worlds (WORLDS Power-up only), and read the meta attributes (default and custom fields, with the actions each accepts) of contacts, companies and projects. The Secure API exposes no delete routes, and monthly API calls are limited per account (usage is shown under Integrations, Secure API). Authentication uses two headers, X-Public-ID and X-Secret-Key, both created by an admin under Integrations, Secure API.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in SuiteDash.Built from the 16 SuiteDash tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with SuiteDash

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Company, 4 operations

  • create_companyCreate companyPOSTCreates a CRM company with a name and a role (Lead, Client or Prospect), optionally linking or creating its primary contact. Set other fields afterwards with update_company.
  • get_companyGet companyGETReturns one CRM company found by its uid or its name, with role, category, phones, website, address, primary contact, tags and custom fields.
  • list_companiesList companiesGETLists CRM companies (idle companies are not returned), a page at a time, optionally filtered by creation date-time (createdMin, createdMax) and sorted with orderBy. Each item has uid, name, role, category, primary contact and custom fields.
  • update_companyUpdate companyPUTUpdates a CRM company found by uid or name: only the fields sent change. Also adds or removes communities and Worlds and assigns quizzes. get_company_meta lists the custom field ids.

Contact, 4 operations

  • create_contactCreate contactPOSTCreates a CRM contact with a role (Lead, Client or Prospect), first and last name and email, and decides whether SuiteDash emails the portal access invitation now. Set other fields afterwards with update_contact.
  • get_contactGet contactGETReturns one CRM contact found by its uid or its email, with names, emails, phones, role, companies, address, circles, tags and custom fields.
  • list_contactsList contactsGETLists CRM contacts, a page at a time, optionally filtered by creation date-time (createdMin, createdMax) and sorted with orderBy. Each item carries its uid, names, emails, phones, role, companies, tags and custom fields.
  • update_contactUpdate contactPUTUpdates a CRM contact found by uid or email: only the fields sent change. Also adds or removes circles, communities and Worlds, adds notes and assigns quizzes. get_contact_meta lists the custom field ids.

Meta, 3 operations

  • get_company_metaGet company metaGETReturns the definition of every company attribute, default and custom: its type, format, whether it is required or nullable and the actions (read, create, update) it accepts. Use it to find custom field UIDs.
  • get_contact_metaGet contact metaGETReturns the definition of every contact attribute, default and custom: its type, format, whether it is required or nullable and the actions (read, create, update) it accepts. Use it to find custom field UIDs.
  • get_project_metaGet project metaGETReturns the definition of every project attribute, default and custom: its type, format, whether it is required or nullable and the actions (read, update) it accepts. Use it to find custom field UIDs.

Project, 3 operations

  • get_projectGet projectGETReturns one project, found by uid, exact name, part of its name (contains_the_following) or the most recent one, with status, dates, client, team, leader, economics and custom fields.
  • list_projectsList projectsGETLists projects, a page at a time, optionally filtered by creation date-time (createdMin, createdMax) and sorted with orderBy. Each item has uid, name, status, start and end dates, due time and creation date-time.
  • update_projectUpdate projectPUTUpdates one project found by uid, name, name fragment or most recent. SuiteDash requires name and status on every update: read them first with get_project and send them back unchanged when not editing them.

Subscribe, 1 operation

  • subscribe_marketing_audiencesSubscribe marketing audiencesPOSTSubscribes contacts to marketing audiences by email. Answers success true only if every item worked; data has one result per item, in order, with its errors.

World, 1 operation

  • list_worldsList worldsGETLists the Worlds of the organization (uid and key), a page at a time, sorted with orderBy. Only available with the WORLDS Power-up; otherwise SuiteDash answers 403.

Use SuiteDash from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect SuiteDash in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its SuiteDash operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect SuiteDash

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect SuiteDash once

Add your SuiteDash connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
