Showpad integration

Showpad is a sales enablement platform. With its API v4 you can search, create, update and delete content assets (and request upload links for their files), query the library with ShowQL, manage tags and tag categories, list Divisions, users, languages, countries and themes, create Shares of assets for external recipients, manage Shared Spaces (digital sales rooms) with their items, quick actions and ownership, run Mutual Action Plans (milestones, actions, assignees) and manage CRM recommendation rules. The binary file upload itself (an HTTP PUT to the signed upload link) is outside this API, and the v3-only areas (user management, channels, exports) are not part of it. Authentication is a Personal API Token (Admin App, Settings, API, API Tokens; Ultimate, Advanced or Expert plan, administrator) or an OAuth2 access token, sent as a Bearer token, plus your Showpad subdomain.

What you can do with Showpad

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Tag, 6 operations

Asset, 5 operations
