Integration

shipcloud integration

shipcloud is a German multi-carrier shipping platform (DHL, DPD, Hermes, GLS, UPS, Deutsche Post and more). Create shipments and buy shipping labels, get price quotes, track parcels (also ones shipped outside shipcloud), store addresses, request carrier pickups, create end-of-day manifests, attach shipment documents and manage webhooks. Authentication is HTTP Basic: the shipcloud API key is the username and the password stays empty (sandbox and production keys are separate).

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in shipcloud.Built from the 33 shipcloud tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with shipcloud

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Shipment, 5 operations

  • create_shipmentCreate shipmentPOSTCreate a shipment and, unless create_shipping_label is false, buy its label at the carrier (charged with a production key). Returns id, carrier_tracking_no, tracking_url, label_url and price.
  • delete_shipmentDelete shipmentDELETEDelete a shipment. A prepared shipment (no label) can be deleted any time; one with a label only before the carrier's cutoff time (between 5pm and 8pm depending on the carrier).
  • get_shipmentGet shipmentGETReturns a single shipment based on the id
  • list_shipmentsList shipmentsGETList the account's shipments, newest first, 100 per page at most. Filter by carrier, tracking number, reference number, status, type or creation window; returns a shipments array.
  • update_shipmentUpdate shipmentPUTUpdates a single shipment based on the id. Unfortunately you can't update the `customs_declaration` attribute at the moment.

Use shipcloud from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect shipcloud in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its shipcloud operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect shipcloud

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect shipcloud once

Add your shipcloud connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
