Integration

Sendoso integration

Sendoso is a corporate gifting and direct mail platform. Send a campaign's physical gift to an address, let the recipient choose a gift and confirm their address, send eGifts by email or generate eGift links for your own outreach; send a marketplace product; list campaigns, sends, marketplace products, users and team groups, and invite users. SmartSend recommendations, SCIM provisioning, webhooks and the beta v5 API are not exposed. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 (authorization code); Sendoso issues the OAuth client on request to [email protected].

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Sendoso.Built from the 14 Sendoso tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Sendoso

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Send, 5 operations

  • list_sendsList sendsGETLists all sends initiated by anyone in the organization, with type, status, cost, campaign, recipient, sender and status history; page with page and per_page (at most 100 per page).
  • send_egiftSend egiftPOSTSends an eGift from an eGift campaign straight to the recipient by Sendoso email, with an optional message. Returns a tracking code and tracking URL.
  • send_gift_with_address_confirmationSend gift with address confirmationPOSTSends a campaign whose recipient picks a gift and confirms their own address, by email or through a link returned to you (ac_link). Use it when you do not have the recipient's address.
  • send_marketplace_productSend marketplace productPOSTSends one marketplace product variant (from list_marketplace_products) to a recipient by email and name; optional message, meeting URL, gift exchange and manager approval. Returns the send ID.
  • send_physical_giftSend physical giftPOSTSends a campaign's single physical item straight to the recipient's address (name, email and full postal address required; phone number required outside the US). Returns a tracking code.

Use Sendoso from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Sendoso in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Sendoso operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Sendoso

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Sendoso once

Add your Sendoso connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
