Integration

Rydoo integration

Rydoo is a travel and expense management platform. Create expenses for users with uploaded receipts, read single and exported expenses, report, unreport, reject or reimburse expenses, manage users with their groups, approvers and controllers, groups, projects and their approvers and controllers, trips and trip statuses, card transactions, list-type custom field items, guests and external organizations, branch exchange rates, and read branches, categories, reimbursements and payment methods. Payment method creation and editing (card numbers), approval-line, role and permission administration, linked-account delegations and the receipt PDF download are not exposed. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 client credentials: create a client ID and secret under Admin, API Credentials in Rydoo (API access must be enabled on the account); calls go to the production API (api.rydoo.com), not the sandbox.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Rydoo.Built from the 61 Rydoo tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Rydoo

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Rydoo from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Rydoo in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Rydoo operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Rydoo

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Rydoo once

Add your Rydoo connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
