Runn integration

Runn is resource and capacity planning software for project teams. Manage people and placeholders, their contracts, skills, tags and time off, projects with phases, milestones, budget roles, rates, notes and workstreams, clients, assignments (scheduled work) and actuals (timesheet hours), and read hours, totals and overview reports and the account's activity log. Custom field definitions, user administration (changing or removing users) and saved views, invitations, the v0 legacy-id converter, deprecated team routes, person notes and the definition writes for skills, people and project tags, teams, roles, workstreams and rate cards are left out; email addresses, contract cost rates, per-person cost figures and leave notes are not returned. Authentication is an account API token (Settings, API) sent as a Bearer token to the account's regional host; the API allows 120 requests per minute.

What you can do with Runn

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
