Integration

Route4Me integration

Route4Me plans and runs delivery and field service routes. Create and re-run route optimizations from a list of stops, list, read, update, dispatch and rate routes, manage the address book (contacts, groups, locations, territories), orders and their custom fields, customers, facilities, vehicles, vehicle profiles, optimization profiles and team members, geocode addresses, and record inventory deliveries at stops. Left out: sign-in and registration, member configuration settings (they need a session token and an organization key together), telematics vendor connections (they carry the vendor's credentials), account termination, deleting routes by filter (needs a request signature), and a few routes the vendor documents too thinly to call safely. Authentication is the Route4Me API key sent as the api_key query parameter.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Route4Me.Built from the 139 Route4Me tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Route4Me

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Route4Me from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Route4Me in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Route4Me operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Route4Me

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Route4Me once

Add your Route4Me connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
