Robly integration

Robly is an email marketing platform. Find, sign up, update, unsubscribe, resubscribe and delete contacts, add or remove them from mailing lists (sub lists), create, rename, clear, sort and delete lists, export a list's contacts as a background job, and read campaign statistics (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, domains). The two CSV bulk-import routes (file upload) are not exposed. Robly answers HTTP 200 to many failures: always check successful and message in the result. Rate limits range from 5 to 20 requests per minute by account level. Authentication is the API ID and API key from My Account in Robly, both sent as query parameters (api_id, api_key); Robly must enable API access on the account.

What you can do with Robly

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Contact, 8 operations

create_contactCreate contactPOSTSign up a new contact by email and subscribe it to lists (sub_lists[]). Returns contact_id, or member with return_contact=true. An existing email gives successful=false (Contact already exists) and its contact_id.
delete_contactDelete contactPOSTMark a contact (email or member_id) as deleted and unsubscribe it from all lists. The record is kept by Robly, not erased.
get_last_contactGet last contactGETGet the contact most recently added to the account (id, email, subscription state, dates).
list_contactsList contactsGETList contacts with paging (limit, offset) and filters (list_id, tags, updated_since, subscribe_only, unsubscribe_only, deleted_only). Each row is a member; include_fields, include_sub_lists and include_tags add data.
resubscribe_contactResubscribe contactPOSTResubscribe a contact (email or member_id) who unsubscribed. Works only when Robly recorded a campaign with the unsubscribe; otherwise successful is false (Member was not resubscribed).

List, 7 operations

List membership, 3 operations

Campaign statistic, 1 operation

get_campaign_statsGet campaign statsGETGet statistics of a sent campaign by campaign_id. type=aggregate (default) returns totals and rates; open, open_all, click, bounce, unsubscribe and domain return per-recipient rows; delivered starts a report job (job_id).

Contact field, 1 operation

update_contact_fieldsUpdate contact fieldsPOSTSet custom field values of a contact (by email or member_id): detail_id[] lists field ids and detail_value[] the values, same length and order. Fields not sent are unchanged; a blank value clears one.

Job, 1 operation
