Rinkel integration
Rinkel is a Dutch cloud phone system for businesses. List and read call detail records (direction, numbers, duration, status, the users who handled the call, the matched contact, notes and AI insights), look a call up by the callId that webhook events carry, read call transcriptions, get temporary audio links for call recordings and voicemails, list voicemails and the account's audio recordings, list, search and create shared contacts, add and edit call notes, and subscribe or unsubscribe a URL to call events. Calls, transcriptions, voicemails and contacts are personal data. Left out: the user list and user settings, number and dial-plan settings, starting calls, blocking numbers, editing or deleting recordings, contacts, calls and voicemails, music on hold, and the direct audio download. Authentication is a Rinkel API key sent as a Bearer token; a suspended freemium account answers 403 FREEMIUM_ACCOUNT_INACTIVE on every call.

What you can do with Rinkel
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Call detail record, 2 operations
get_call_detail_recordGet call detail recordGETReturns one call detail record: date, direction, numbers, duration, status, the users who handled it, the matched contact, voicemail and call recording links, notes, and AI insights when the account subscribes to them.list_call_detail_recordsList call detail recordsGETLists call detail records, one per call: date, direction, external and internal number, duration, status, missed reason, users, contact, voicemail, call recording and notes. Filterable, sorted and paginated.
Contact, 2 operations
create_contactCreate contactPOSTCreates a contact shared with everyone in the account. At least one phone number is required, plus a first name, last name or company name.list_contactsList contactsGETFetch the contacts shared with everyone in the account, plus the Rinkel system contact (`tag: system`), which can't be updated or deleted. An API key has no user, so `favorite` is always `false`, except for the system contact.

The voicemail id is in a call detail record's voicemail.

By call id, 1 operation
get_call_detail_record_by_call_idGet call detail record by call idGETReturns the call detail record of a network callId, the identifier webhook events carry. Set includeDetails to add the insights and notes.

Use Rinkel from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Rinkel in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Rinkel operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Rinkel
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Rinkel once
Add your Rinkel connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
