Ringg AI integration

Ringg AI runs voice AI agents that place and answer phone calls. Through this integration an agent can list, read, create and update Ringg agents, place one outbound call, upload a contact list and start or terminate a calling campaign (including the beta large-campaign flow), read call history and one call's transcript and analysis, export call history by email, manage knowledge bases, list the workspace's phone numbers and users, read call and chat analytics, and manage sub-workspaces (Ringg Spaces) with their concurrency and credit allocations. Placing calls and starting campaigns dial real people and spend workspace credits. Buying or releasing phone numbers and deleting agents are not exposed, and an agent's per-version settings (which can carry tool and webhook headers) are not returned. Authentication is a workspace API key (Settings, API keys in the Ringg dashboard) sent in the X-API-KEY header.

What you can do with Ringg AI

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
