RingCentral integration
RingCentral is a cloud phone, messaging and video platform. Send SMS and high-volume A2P SMS, read and manage the message store, read company and user call logs, active calls and recording metadata, place RingOut and CallOut calls and drop or transfer live calls, read presence, extensions, phone numbers and the company directory, manage personal contacts, create RingCentral Video bridges and read meeting history, and use team messaging: chats, posts, teams, conversations, tasks, notes, calendar events and Adaptive Cards. Every tool works on the connected account; extension ids accept ~ for the connected user. Not exposed: admin and provisioning routes, webhooks and subscriptions, faxes, recording and attachment downloads, presence and calendar-event updates, the legacy Meetings API, AI and webinars. Calls, messages and contacts carry personal data. Authentication is OAuth 2 (authorization code) with an app registered in the RingCentral Developer Console.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with RingCentral
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect RingCentral once
Add your RingCentral connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
