Integration

Ringba integration

Ringba is a call tracking and pay-per-call platform. Through this integration an agent can read and filter the call log (with per-call revenue, payout and cost, and each caller's phone number, which is personal data) and export it, adjust, void or annotate a call's revenue and payout, and manage campaigns (routing to targets and target groups, publishers, default and per-publisher payouts, offers, real-time bidding settings, IVR trees), publishers and their invitations, buyers, targets and target groups, tracking numbers and number pools (buying and releasing numbers charges or frees real phone numbers), blocked numbers, JS tags and conversion webhooks. Not exposed: the real-time bidding ping and TCPA Shield routes (other hosts), the CSV bulk bid modifier upload, the call log tag list (its route answers 404 today), the account addresses routes (street addresses), call transcripts and the IVR tree list; outputs leave out call recording links, SIP target credentials, IVR tree node settings, the targets nested in a target group (read them with list_target_group_targets) and the account's street address. Authentication is an API access token (Security, API Access Tokens in the Ringba app) sent as Authorization: Token <token>, plus the Ringba account ID (starts with RA, also returned by get_account_info), which every route carries in its path.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Ringba.Built from the 138 Ringba tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Ringba

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

How to connect Ringba

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Ringba once

Add your Ringba connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
