REVIEWS.io integration

REVIEWS.io collects and publishes company and product reviews for online stores. Read reviews, questions, ratings per SKU, review statistics, review nuggets, user generated content and survey results; queue review invitation emails and SMS, edit or pause queued invitations, create product reviews and questions, tag reviews, unsubscribe an email address from invitations, and manage review-submitted webhooks. Left out: the four legacy routes the vendor supersedes (Retrieve Company Reviews, Retrieve Product Reviews, Queue Product invitation, Queue Company Invitation; use list_reviews and queue_invitations) and Retrieve unsubscribed users, whose only content is customer email addresses. API access needs the REVIEWS.io Plus plan. Authentication: the store key and the private API key from the dashboard (Integrations, then API), sent as the store and apikey query parameters on every call.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in REVIEWS.io.Built from the 23 REVIEWS.io tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with REVIEWS.io

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Invitation, 7 operations

  • list_company_invitationsList company invitationsGETLists company review invitations with order reference, send date, sent state and status (active or paused); no customer names or emails. Filters are sent as query parameters, which the vendor does not confirm: check results.
  • list_product_invitationsList product invitationsGETLists product review invitations with send date, sent state, status (active or paused) and products; no customer names or emails. Filters are sent as query parameters, which the vendor does not confirm: check results.
  • queue_company_sms_invitationQueue company sms invitationPOSTSends a real text message: queues a company review invitation SMS to one customer. Uses SMS credits from your REVIEWS.io plan (one credit per 160 characters).
  • queue_invitationsQueue invitationsPOSTSends real email: queues company and product review invitation emails to one customer. Your Flow Sequence decides which emails go out and when, unless date_send or template_id override it.
  • queue_product_sms_invitationQueue product sms invitationPOSTSends a real text message: queues a product review invitation SMS to one customer. Uses SMS credits from your REVIEWS.io plan; a message over 160 characters uses more than one credit.
  • update_company_invitationUpdate company invitationPUTChanges a queued company review invitation: recipient name or email, order reference, template, or status (inactive pauses it so it is not sent, active resumes it). Leave out a field to keep its current value.
  • update_product_invitationUpdate product invitationPUTChanges a queued product review invitation: recipient, order, template, send time, products, or status (inactive pauses it so it is not sent, active resumes it). Leave out a field to keep its current value.

Webhook, 3 operations

  • delete_webhookDelete webhookPOSTDeletes a review webhook, so it stops receiving deliveries.
  • list_webhooksList webhooksGETLists your review webhooks with their id, type and target url, paged (current_page, per_page, total).

Product review, 2 operations

  • create_product_reviewCreate product reviewPOSTPublishes a real product review on your store. The vendor says the API key lifts the defaults (new reviews inactive, at most 3 per IP in 30 minutes), and this connection always sends it.
  • vote_product_reviewVote product reviewGETChanges data although it is a GET: adds one vote to a product review's vote count and returns the updated count.

Review tag, 2 operations

  • tag_company_reviewTag company reviewPOSTChanges data: adds a tag to one company review. The response's success says whether it was added, message explains a refusal.

Use REVIEWS.io from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect REVIEWS.io in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its REVIEWS.io operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
