Resource Management by Smartsheet integration

Resource Management by Smartsheet (formerly 10,000ft) schedules people across projects. Create and update projects, phases and budget items, schedule team members with assignments and subtasks, log and read time entries and expenses, submit them for approval, manage users, availability, statuses, placeholders, tags, custom fields and webhooks, and pull report rows and totals. API token management, the CSV report export, the multi-project membership lookups and the project-level budget category lists are not exposed. Authentication is the organization's API token, sent raw in the auth header, plus the data center (US, Europe or Australia) the account lives in; Smartsheet Gov is not supported.

What you can do with Resource Management by Smartsheet

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
