Integration

Resource Guru integration

Resource Guru schedules people, meeting rooms, equipment and other resources on projects and clients. List and book resources (bookings, approvals, splits, booking history), record time off (downtime) and overtime, set weekly or custom availability, manage clients, projects, activity types, rates, Gantt phases, tasks, milestones and task dependencies, log and dismiss timesheet entries, and read utilization and booked-time reports per resource, client or project. Every tool except list_accounts, get_account and get_current_user takes the account's Account URL ID (subdomain in list_accounts). Not exposed: webhooks (their objects carry the signing secret), external calendar connections, account settings, custom field definition changes, the deprecated v1 reports, the timesheet report file downloads and the remind-approvers call. Resource and user records carry personal data (names, emails, phones). Authentication is OAuth 2 (authorization code) with an app registered in the Resource Guru Developer Centre.

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Resource Guru.Built from the 99 Resource Guru tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Resource Guru

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

How to connect Resource Guru

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Resource Guru once

Add your Resource Guru connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
