Reportei integration
Reportei builds marketing reports and dashboards for agencies from connected accounts (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics 4, Instagram and others), organised by project (client). Through this integration an agent can list projects and their connected integrations, discover the metrics of an integration type and read their values for any period with a comparison period, list templates, list and create reports and dashboards (getting their client-facing links), record events on a project's timeline, and manage webhook subscriptions. Read the account's current rate limits with get_company_settings; creating reports and dashboards is capped per day. Authentication is a Bearer API token generated in Company Settings, API Reportei, in the Reportei app.

What you can do with Reportei
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Timeline event, 5 operations
create_timeline_eventCreate timeline eventPOSTAdds a real event (campaign launch, change, milestone) to a project's timeline, optionally linked to a report; it shows in the project's reports and can fire the timeline_milestone_added webhook.delete_timeline_eventDelete timeline eventDELETEDeletes a timeline event; it disappears from the project's timeline and reports. This cannot be undone.get_timeline_eventGet timeline eventGETReturns one timeline event by its id, with its title, HTML content, date, project and linked report.list_timeline_eventsList timeline eventsGETLists the events recorded on the projects' timelines (campaign launches, changes, milestones shown in reports), paginated. Filter by project, report or date.update_timeline_eventUpdate timeline eventPUTChanges a timeline event. project_id, title and content are required on every update: read the event with get_timeline_event first and send its current values back with the change.
Webhook, 5 operations
create_webhookCreate webhookPOSTSubscribes a callback URL to one Reportei event (names from list_webhook_events), so it starts receiving notifications. The docs describe no signing secret or verification, so deliveries cannot be authenticated.delete_webhookDelete webhookDELETEDeletes a webhook subscription; its URL stops receiving events. This cannot be undone.get_webhookGet webhookGETReturns one webhook subscription by its id, with its callback URL, event, source, project and status.list_webhooksList webhooksGETLists the company's webhook subscriptions, paginated, including those created by automation platforms (source make, zapier, n8n). Filter by project, event type, source or status.update_webhookUpdate webhookPUTChanges the callback URL, event or project of a webhook subscription; send only the fields to change (each is optional). Future events go to the new settings.
Dashboard, 3 operations
create_dashboardCreate dashboardPOSTCreates a real dashboard for a project from a template (list_templates) and some of its integrations (list_integrations), and returns its links. Capped at 30 per day or 2 per active project, whichever is higher (30 on a trial).get_dashboardGet dashboardGETReturns one dashboard by its id, with its period, comparison period, template, view count and internal and client-facing links.list_dashboardsList dashboardsGETLists the company's dashboards, paginated, with their period, template and internal and client-facing links. Filter by project and by creation or update date.
Report, 3 operations
create_reportCreate reportPOSTCreates a real report for a project from a template (list_templates) and some of its integrations (list_integrations), and returns its client-facing link. Capped at 30 per day or 2 per active project, whichever is higher (30 on a trial).get_reportGet reportGETReturns one report by its id, with its period, comparison period, template, view count and internal and client-facing links.list_reportsList reportsGETLists the company's reports, paginated, with their period, template and internal and client-facing links. Filter by project and by creation or update date.
Integration, 2 operations
get_integrationGet integrationGETReturns one integration (connected account) by its id, with its type slug, status and project.list_integrationsList integrationsGETLists the integrations (connected accounts such as Facebook Ads or Google Analytics 4) of the company's projects, paginated. Pass project_id for one project; the ids feed get_metrics_data and create_report.
Project, 2 operations
get_projectGet projectGETReturns one project (client) by its id, with its time zone, report language and number and date formats.list_projectsList projectsGETLists the company's projects (the clients in the Reportei app), paginated; filter by name with q. A project id is the project_id the integrations, reports, dashboards, webhooks and timeline tools take.
Company settings, 1 operation
get_company_settingsGet company settingsGETReturns the authenticated company (the Reportei account of the token) and the rate limits applied to the token: per minute, per second, and per action (creating reports and dashboards, reading metric data).
Metric, 1 operation
list_metricsList metricsGETLists the metrics (widgets) available for one integration type, paginated. Pass each returned object, unchanged, in the metrics array of get_metrics_data.
Metric data, 1 operation
get_metrics_dataGet metrics dataPOSTReads (does not change anything) the values of metrics from list_metrics for one integration over a period, with an optional comparison period; data is keyed by metric id. Capped at 100 calls per minute per company.
Template, 1 operation
list_templatesList templatesGETLists the report templates available to the company, paginated. A template id is the template_id that create_report and create_dashboard require.
Webhook event, 1 operation
list_webhook_eventsList webhook eventsGETLists the event names a webhook can subscribe to, whatever the existing subscriptions, for the event_type of create_webhook.
Use Reportei from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Reportei in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Reportei operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
claude mcp add --transport http livecontext https://livecontext.ai/mcp --header "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"[mcp_servers.livecontext]

}How to connect Reportei
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Reportei once
Add your Reportei connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
