RelationCity integration

RelationCity is a Danish SMS and email marketing platform (by OnlineCity). Manage contacts, their tags and custom contact fields; send SMS directly or from templates; create, pause, resume and throttle SMS campaigns aimed at contact tags; send e-mail trigger templates; and read the public SMS and email price lists. Webhooks are configured in the dashboard (Settings, Webhooks), and the browser subscription-form routes are not exposed; contacts' custom field values are left out of outputs. Authentication is an API key from the RelationCity dashboard, sent as a Bearer token.

What you can do with RelationCity

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Contact, 10 operations

create_contactCreate contactPOSTCreates one contact in the RelationCity account (name and msisdn required). An active contact (isActive, default true) receives SMS campaigns aimed at its tags; emailDoubleOptIn=true sends a confirmation email.
create_contacts_bulkCreate contacts bulkPOSTCreates several contacts in one call and returns the created contacts. Active contacts (the default) receive SMS campaigns aimed at their tags.
delete_contactDelete contactDELETEPermanently deletes one contact by its id and returns the deleted contact.
delete_contact_by_msisdnDelete contact by msisdnDELETEPermanently deletes the contact with this phone number (MSISDN) and returns the deleted contact. 404 when none matches.

Contact tag, 7 operations

Sms campaign, 5 operations

get_sms_campaign_statusGet sms campaign statusGETReturns the progress of an SMS campaign: sendStatus, recipientCount, sent, received, failed and error counts, estimated remaining send time, paused, and a warning when it is stalled (e.g. out of credit).
pause_sms_campaignPause sms campaignPOSTPauses a sending SMS campaign; no more messages go out until resume_sms_campaign. Returns no body.

Sms price, 4 operations

Email trigger, 3 operations
