Integration

Regal integration

Regal is an AI voice and SMS agent platform for sales and support contact centers. Push contacts and custom events into Regal profiles to trigger journeys and agent calls, look up contact profiles, send SMS messages, read campaigns, queues and queue stats, dispositions, active phone numbers and users, update users, retrieve the routing handoff after an AI agent leaves a call, and manage business profiles and branded caller ID phone numbers. The business profile LOA PDF download is not exposed. Authentication is the account API key (Settings > Integrations) sent as is in the Authorization header, with no prefix.

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Regal.Built from the 20 Regal tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Regal

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Branded phone number, 4 operations

  • create_branded_phone_numberCreate branded phone numberPOSTRegisters a phone number for branded caller ID and/or spam remediation under an approved business profile. carrierFeatures lists, per carrier, which features to enable (at least one carrier with one feature).

Use Regal from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Regal in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Regal operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Regal

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Regal once

Add your Regal connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
