Refersion integration

Refersion runs affiliate and influencer programs for e-commerce merchants. List, count, update, lock or delete affiliates and their custom fields, generate tracking links, read clicks and affiliate activity, list, count, approve or deny conversions, credit orders or manual commissions to affiliates, manage offers, promotion methods (coupons, SKUs, emails) and exclusions, browse AI-suggested partner prospects with pitches, read reference data (countries, states, currencies, timezones, categories) and manage webhook endpoints. The deprecated REST API v2 (public and secret key headers) and the GraphQL API are not used. Authentication is OAuth client credentials: generate a Client ID and Client Secret under Settings, Integrations, Refersion API Keys; read routes allow 300 and write routes 60 requests per minute.

What you can do with Refersion

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Conversion, 5 operations

count_conversionsCount conversionsGETReturns counts of conversions grouped by status (pending, approved, paid, denied, unqualified) for the authenticated merchant.
credit_order_to_affiliateCredit order to affiliatePOSTCredits an order from the conversion queue (conversionQueueId, from search_orders) to an affiliate with an approval status. Queued: the conversion is created asynchronously.
get_conversionGet conversionGETRetrieves the full detail view for a single conversion owned by the authenticated client.
list_conversionsList conversionsGETRetrieves a paginated list of conversions for the authenticated merchant. Supports filtering by status, order ID, affiliate, date range, offer, and platform.

Affiliate, 4 operations

Offer, 4 operations

delete_offerDelete offerDELETEDeletes an offer. The default offer and offers with assigned affiliates cannot be deleted; a Marketplace listing using it is moved to the default offer when one is active.
duplicate_offerDuplicate offerPOSTDuplicates an offer owned by the authenticated client. Returns the new offer ID.
list_offersList offersGETRetrieves a paginated list of offers for the authenticated client. Returns offer information including commission settings, attribution window, and various configuration options.
update_offerUpdate offerPATCHUpdates an offer's name, default flag, attribution window, private flag or commission. Only sent fields change; offerId 0 updates the default offer.

Promotion method, 4 operations

activate_promotion_methodActivate promotion methodPATCHActivates a promotion method that is currently in PENDING status. Only promotion methods owned by the authenticated client can be activated.
create_promotion_methodCreate promotion methodPOSTCreates a coupon or email promotion method for an affiliate. A value already used by any affiliate of the account is refused. The sku type is always refused for API tokens (403): SKU methods are created in the Refersion dashboard.
delete_promotion_methodDelete promotion methodDELETEDeletes a promotion method (conversion trigger) by its ID. The promotion method must belong to the authenticated client's account.

Webhook endpoint, 4 operations

create_webhook_endpointCreate webhook endpointPOSTSubscribes an HTTPS URL to event types (topics). The URL must answer 2xx within 15 s. The signing secret (whsec_) is not returned: copy it from the webhook settings portal.

Affiliate custom field, 3 operations

Exclusion, 3 operations

list_countriesList countriesGETRetrieves a list of all active countries with their ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes and names. Results are cacheable on the client side.

Currency, 1 operation

list_currenciesList currenciesGETRetrieves a list of supported currencies with their codes, symbols, and formatting information. Results are cached for optimal performance.

Manual credit, 1 operation

Order, 1 operation

Prospect, 1 operation

list_prospectsList prospectsGETReturns AI-suggested affiliate partner prospects. Discovery runs as a job: a 202 answer means it is still processing, call again later. more=true always starts a new discovery job.

Prospect feedback, 1 operation

resend_welcome_emailResend welcome emailPOSTSends the welcome email again to an affiliate; the email depends on its status. At most one resend per 15 minutes. The id goes in the path and again in the body.
