Integration

Referrizer integration

Referrizer is a marketing and loyalty platform for local businesses (studios, salons, clinics). Create, find, update and delete contacts (customers and leads) with labels and custom fields, read a contact's activity timeline and text conversation, add notes, send SMS texts, record visits (check-ins) that earn loyalty points, adjust point balances, and manage loyalty rewards, their redemptions and the loyalty point settings. Contacts, activities and conversations are personal data, and send_text texts real people. Left out: renaming a custom field (its body is a bare JSON string) and the employee PIN of a point adjustment. Authentication is an API token from the Apps / Integration page of the Referrizer back office, sent as a Bearer token.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Referrizer.Built from the 29 Referrizer tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Referrizer

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Contact, 5 operations

  • create_contactCreate contactPOSTCreates a contact from a phone number or an email address (at least one). Fails when a contact with that phone or email already exists. Set shouldSendNotification to send the contact a registration email or text.
  • delete_contactDelete contactDELETEPermanently deletes a contact; it cannot be undone. Returns the deleted contact.
  • get_contactGet contactGETReturns one contact with name, phone, email, birth date, type, visit dates and count, loyalty points, referrer, labels and custom field values. Personal data.
  • list_contactsList contactsGETLists contacts (customers and leads) with their name, phone, email, type, visits, loyalty points, labels and custom fields, newest registration first by default. Filter by exact email or phone. Personal data.
  • update_contactUpdate contactPUTReplaces a contact's fields. Every field left out is set to null (custom fields excepted, only the ones sent change), so send the current values you want to keep, from get_contact. Phone or email is required.

Loyalty reward, 5 operations

  • create_loyalty_rewardCreate loyalty rewardPOSTCreates a loyalty reward that contacts can redeem for points, an item or a cash or percent discount, optionally limited in quantity and dates.
  • delete_loyalty_rewardDelete loyalty rewardDELETEPermanently deletes a loyalty reward; it cannot be undone. Returns the deleted reward.
  • get_loyalty_rewardGet loyalty rewardGETReturns one loyalty reward. With contactId, available.perContact says how many more times that contact can redeem it.
  • list_loyalty_rewardsList loyalty rewardsGETLists the loyalty program's rewards, cheapest in points first, with points cost, quantity limits, availability, dates, type and value.
  • update_loyalty_rewardUpdate loyalty rewardPUTReplaces a reward's settings. Every field left out is set to null, so send the current values you want to keep, from get_loyalty_reward. The title cannot be changed.

Label, 3 operations

  • create_labelCreate labelPOSTCreates a label to group contacts. The name must be unique; the color defaults to GREY.
  • get_labelGet labelGETReturns one label with its id, name and color.
  • list_labelsList labelsGETLists the account's labels (contact groupings) with their id, name and color. Use the ids in a contact's labels.

Visit, 3 operations

  • create_visitCreate visitPOSTRecords a visit (check-in) for a contact and awards loyalty points, the points given or else what the Loyalty settings grant. Without date the contact gets the visit notification; with a past date none is sent.
  • get_visitGet visitGETReturns one visit with its date, points earned, contact and check-in source.
  • list_visitsList visitsGETLists visits (check-ins to appointments, classes or sessions), most recent first, each with date, points earned, contact and check-in source. Filter by contactId.

Custom field, 2 operations

  • create_custom_fieldCreate custom fieldPOSTCreates a contact custom field (text, number, date, single_select or multi_select). The name must be unique; a select field takes its options as a list of values.
  • list_custom_fieldsList custom fieldsGETLists the account's contact custom fields with their id, name, type and, for select fields, the options and option ids. Use the ids in customFields when creating or updating contacts.

Loyalty setting, 2 operations

  • get_loyalty_settingsGet loyalty settingsGETReturns how many loyalty points each customer action earns (check-in, social share, review) and the points per dollar spent.
  • update_loyalty_settingsUpdate loyalty settingsPUTChanges the points each customer action earns. Only the values sent change; the others are kept.

Redeem, 2 operations

  • list_redeemed_rewardsList redeemed rewardsGETLists reward redemptions (which contact redeemed which reward, points, date, employee and note). Filter by loyaltyRewardId or contactId.
  • redeem_loyalty_rewardRedeem loyalty rewardPOSTRedeems a loyalty reward for a contact, paid with the contact's loyalty points. Answers with no content on success.

Activity, 1 operation

  • list_contact_activitiesList contact activitiesGETLists a contact's activity timeline (texts, emails, calls, check-ins, bookings, vouchers, reviews, notes, loyalty point and status changes), newest first, 30 per call. Each data object depends on its type. Personal data.

All, 1 operation

  • create_visits_bulkCreate visits bulkPOSTRecords several visits (check-ins) in one call and awards their loyalty points. A visit without date notifies its contact. When a contact id is missing or unknown, the answer is an empty list.

Conversation, 1 operation

  • get_conversationGet conversationGETReturns a contact's inbox conversation (text messages and call logs), the 15 most recent messages, grouped by date in ascending order. Give customerId or phone. Personal data.

Loyalty point, 1 operation

  • update_loyalty_pointsUpdate loyalty pointsPUTAdds points to (or, with a negative value, removes points from) a contact's loyalty balance. The balance cannot go below 0.

Note, 1 operation

  • create_noteCreate notePOSTAdds a text note to a contact's record, for example the outcome of a call. Returns the note with its creation time.

Option, 1 operation

  • update_custom_field_optionsUpdate custom field optionsPUTAdds or renames options of a single_select or multi_select custom field. An option sent with an id is updated, one without an id is created. Values must be unique.

Text, 1 operation

  • send_textSend textPOSTSends an SMS from the business to a contact, now or at a scheduled time. This texts a real person. Give customerId or toPhone. Fails when the recipient is unsubscribed from texts.

Use Referrizer from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Referrizer in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Referrizer operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Referrizer

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Referrizer once

Add your Referrizer connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
