Integration

Recruit CRM integration

Recruit CRM is an applicant tracking system and CRM for recruitment agencies. Create, search, update and delete candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, deals, placements, invoices, hotlists, notes, tasks, meetings and call logs; assign candidates to jobs and move them through hiring stages; enroll candidates and contacts in email sequences; send emails and create drafts; upload files; and subscribe webhooks to record events. Lookup tools list users, teams, custom fields, pipelines and the account's picklists. Candidate pitching, timesheet configuration, job application-form metadata, off-limit history, education and work-history edits and the target report are not exposed. Authentication is the account's API token (Admin Settings, API & Integrations) sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header. Limits are 60 requests per minute for accounts with up to 6 licenses, else 10 per minute per license.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Recruit CRM.Built from the 159 Recruit CRM tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Recruit CRM

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Connect Recruit CRM in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Recruit CRM operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Recruit CRM

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Recruit CRM once

Add your Recruit CRM connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
