Raven Tools integration

Raven Tools is an SEO and marketing reporting platform, and its API reaches the Keyword Manager and Link Manager of a Raven profile. List, add and remove the domains (websites) of the profile and read a domain's details and competitors; list the tracked keywords of a domain (with or without their tags), add or remove keywords; read the links stored for a domain with tag filtering and paging, create links from JSON records, and read the available link and website types. Uploading links from a CSV file is not exposed, nor are the bulk link update and delete calls, whose answers are keyed by link id. Each API key and IP address may make 100 requests per minute; beyond that Raven answers HTTP 503. Authentication is the Raven API key, sent as the key query parameter.
