Ratecard integration
Ratecard collects candidate, employee and customer feedback and reviews on autopilot. Read feedback with its answers, scores and NPS, the feedback request messages and their opens and clicks, campaigns, forms, reports and per-contact, group, team, user and campaign statistics; manage contacts, groups and their members, teams, users and webhooks. Adding a contact to a group with an active campaign can send that person a feedback request. Left out: the expand parameter (tools return the compact related objects), embed URLs (they carry an access token), the signing secret and generated URL of webhooks, report passwords, public URLs and statistics blocks, webhook call payloads, user birth dates and profile pictures. The API is a paid Ratecard feature. Authentication: an access token generated in the Ratecard app (Settings, API) with the scopes the workflow needs, sent as a Bearer token. Rate limited per minute (HTTP 429).
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Ratecard
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Ratecard once
Add your Ratecard connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
