Qualiobee integration

Qualiobee is a French training-management platform for training organizations (Qualiopi). Create, read, update and delete learners, customers, trainers, training formations, modules, sessions, session dates, convocations, locations and objectives, read and update conventions, start a session, read the organization's Qualiobee account data, and poll records created, updated or deleted in the last 24 hours. The password login route is not exposed. Authentication is an API key, generated in Qualiobee under Paramètres organisation > Connexions externes, sent in the x-api-key header, plus the uuid of the organization the calls act on.
