PromoteKit integration

PromoteKit runs affiliate programs for Stripe merchants. List, create and update affiliates, campaigns and referred customers, record commissions by hand, correct an unpaid commission's amount or mark it paid, and read payouts. Authentication is an API key created in the PromoteKit dashboard (Settings, API Keys), sent as a Bearer token; the organization needs an active or trialing PromoteKit subscription (403 otherwise), and each key may make 200 requests per minute. Webhooks are configured in the dashboard, not here.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in PromoteKit.Built from the 17 PromoteKit tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with PromoteKit

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Affiliate, 4 operations

  • create_affiliateCreate affiliatePOSTCreates an affiliate (email, first_name, last_name required), approved at once unless approved is false. A promo_code missing in Stripe is created in the merchant's Stripe account. Returns the affiliate.
  • get_affiliateGet affiliateGETReturns one affiliate by UUID: name, emails, referral links and promo codes, clicks, approved and banned flags, signup answers and campaign. Personal data.
  • list_affiliatesList affiliatesGETLists affiliates (names, emails, payout email, links, promo codes, clicks, approval, campaign), 10 per page by default (limit up to 100, page from 1). Filter by campaign_id, email, ref_code or promo_code.
  • update_affiliateUpdate affiliatePUTUpdates an affiliate; every field is optional. banned true stops future commissions and payouts, approved sets whether they may promote; a promo_code missing in Stripe is created there. Returns the affiliate.

Use PromoteKit from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect PromoteKit in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its PromoteKit operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect PromoteKit

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect PromoteKit once

Add your PromoteKit connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
