PostGrid Print & Mail integration

PostGrid Print & Mail sends physical mail by API: letters, postcards, self-mailers, snap packs, cheques and boxes of cheques, from HTML, templates or PDF URLs, to contacts or whole mailing lists through campaigns. Manage contacts, templates, bank accounts for cheques, mailing lists and CSV imports, targeted US list builds, virtual mailboxes and partner sub-organizations; read order status, tracking and PDF previews. With a live API key every order is printed, mailed and billed; a test key works in an isolated sandbox where nothing is sent. Not exposed: webhooks, trackers, return envelopes and events (the current reference documents no operations for them), creating sub-organization users (needs a password), listing editor session links, and the deposit-ready PDF of digital cheques; bank account numbers and signature images are left out of answers. Authentication is your test or live API key (dashboard Settings) sent in the X-API-Key header.
