Integration

Pointagram integration

Pointagram is a gamification platform for sales and support teams. With this API an agent can create, update, look up and remove players, create teams and manage team membership, add points to score series (with tags, comments and point types), read score series, point types and score history, list competitions and their player rankings, and read the reward store (items, settings, purchases), place an order for a player, change an order's delivery status or revoke it. The credential test route is not exposed. Authentication sends two headers on every call: Api-Key (the key of a Custom Integration) and Api-User (your Pointagram login email).

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Pointagram.Built from the 27 Pointagram tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Pointagram

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Player, 5 operations

  • create_playerCreate playerPOSTCreate a player (name required). offline=1 adds the player silently; offline=0 sends a Pointagram invitation email. Fails with a conflict when the player already exists. Returns data.profile_id.
  • get_playerGet playerGETGet one player by id.
  • list_playersList playersGETList players, optionally filtered by email, name or external id. Paginated: pass data.pagination.next_offset as offset to read the next page.
  • remove_playerRemove playerDELETESoft-delete a player (anonymizing is done later in Pointagram). Admin users cannot be removed: the call is ignored. An unknown player answers OK with an error message.
  • update_playerUpdate playerPOSTUpdate an existing player's name, email, external id or online status. Send only the fields to change; leave a field out to keep its current value.

Reward purchase, 4 operations

  • create_reward_purchaseCreate reward purchasePOSTPlace a reward store order for a player: it spends that player's currency. Admins can order for any profile, others only for themselves. Returns data.purchase_id.
  • list_reward_purchasesList reward purchasesGETList reward store orders: your own by default, one member's with viewmember=<group member id>, or all with viewmember=all. Each has its delivery status.
  • revoke_reward_purchaseRevoke reward purchaseDELETERevoke a reward store order.
  • update_reward_purchase_statusUpdate reward purchase statusPOSTChange the delivery status of a reward store order to PURCHASED, PROCESSED or DELIVERED. Admin rights are required.

Team, 4 operations

  • create_teamCreate teamPOSTCreate a team. An icon is mandatory: a standard icon name (Bears.png, Bulls.png, Cobras.png, Lions.png, Raccons.png, Sharks.png, Tigers.png) or a custom icon uploaded in Pointagram first. Returns data.team_id.
  • get_teamGet teamGETGet one team by id: name and icon.
  • list_teamsList teamsGETList all teams of the organization with their id, name and icon.
  • update_teamUpdate teamPOSTUpdate an existing team's name, icon or filter exemption. Send only the fields to change; leave a field out to keep its current value.

Team player, 3 operations

  • add_team_playerAdd team playerPOSTAdd a player to a team. Identify the player with player_id, player_external_id or player_email (at least one). Fails with a conflict when no player data is given.
  • list_team_playersList team playersGETList the players of a team (profile id and name).
  • remove_team_playerRemove team playerDELETERemove a player from a team (the player stays in Pointagram). Fails with a conflict when the player is not found.

Competition, 2 operations

  • get_competitionGet competitionGETGet one competition by id: dates, targets, type, winner rule and whether it is stopped.
  • list_competitionsList competitionsGETList competitions, optionally only those of one player (search_by + filter), one competition id or one access key.

Reward item, 2 operations

  • get_reward_itemGet reward itemGETGet one reward store item by id: price, currency, stock, dates, description and tags.
  • list_reward_itemsList reward itemsGETList the items of the reward store with price, currency, stock, availability dates and tags. An item id is what create_reward_purchase needs.

Score series, 2 operations

  • get_score_seriesGet score seriesGETGet one score series by id: name, singular and plural point names, icon.
  • list_score_seriesList score seriesGETList all score series (id, name, point names, icon). A score series id or name is what add_points needs.

Competition player, 1 operation

  • list_competition_playersList competition playersGETList the players of a competition with their current score, target and rank.

Point, 1 operation

  • add_pointsAdd pointsPOSTAdd points to a player in a score series. Send a player (player_id, player_name, player_email or player_external_id), a series (scoreseries_id or scoreseries_name) and points or pointtype_name. Shown in the news feed.

Point type, 1 operation

  • list_point_typesList point typesGETList the point types of a score series. A point type name can be sent to add_points instead of a number of points.

Reward store settings, 1 operation

  • get_reward_store_settingsGet reward store settingsGETGet the reward store settings: store name, whether it is active, your currencies and coin balances, and the number of orders.

Score history, 1 operation

  • list_score_series_historyList score series historyGETList the score transactions of a score series (who scored, score, comment, time), filterable by tags, teams, players and a UTC time range. Paginated through offset.

Use Pointagram from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Pointagram in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Pointagram operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Pointagram

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Pointagram once

Add your Pointagram connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
