PipeRun integration
PipeRun is a Brazilian sales CRM. An agent can manage deals (opportunities) through pipelines and stages, people and companies with their custom fields and data lists, activities, notes and file attachments, the items on a deal and the item catalog, and proposals (create, update, create from a template, generate the PDF, record installment payments); and read the account's users, teams, pipelines, stages, stage history, call history, emails (and mark, archive or delete them), files, goals and reference lists (cities, CNAE codes, segments, regions, origins, loss reasons, tags, payment methods). Deals, people, companies, users, calls, emails and notes hold personal data (names, CPF, emails, phones, addresses). Creating a deal with a title that already exists updates that deal. Not exposed: account setup (creating or changing users, teams, pipelines, stages, activity types, custom fields and forms, data-list structure, goals, proposal templates, models and counters, payment methods, measurement units, regions, segments and loss reasons), the deprecated create of a data-list record linked to no deal, company or person, e-signature documents and signatures (they hold signers' document numbers, birth dates and IP addresses), the user accounts list and the related-records option (with). Authentication is the API token of a PipeRun user (shown in the user's profile in PipeRun), sent in the token header; calls act with that user's permissions. Limit: 120 requests per 30 seconds (HTTP 429 with Retry-After beyond).
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with PipeRun
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Each badge shows the default agent permission of an endpoint (allowed: an agent calls it without asking; ask first: you are asked before an agent calls it, when the agent or chat asks permission for sensitive actions; never: no agent may call it), which every user can change endpoint by endpoint in their credential settings.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
