Pipeline CRM integration
Pipeline CRM is a sales CRM. Read, create, update and delete deals, people, companies, notes (activities), tasks and events, files, projects and their milestones; filter any list with conditions and run saved or one-off searches; read deal totals by stage, call logs, the change history and the lookup lists (stages, statuses, sources, categories, tags, custom fields) whose ids those records use. Account configuration writes (stages, custom fields, users, teams, templates), API token management, CSV exports and the bulk milestone action are not exposed. Authentication is an API token (pcrm_live_...) created under the user's profile, sent as a Bearer token; an existing api_key with an app_key also works.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Pipeline CRM
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
