Phonely integration
Phonely runs AI phone agents that answer and place calls. List and inspect your agents and organizations, generate a new inbound agent from a prompt, duplicate or update an agent's voice, name, greeting and style, list and filter its calls and read one call's transcript, summary and analysis, record a post-call business outcome, manage the agent's knowledge base (documents and crawled websites) and its blocked phone numbers, and list the available voices. Importing a Twilio number is not exposed because it needs your Twilio auth token in the request. Most routes need your Phonely user ID (uid), shown with the API key in the Phonely app under Settings, Account, Access. Authentication is that API key, sent in the X-Authorization header.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Phonely
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Agent block list, 3 operations
add_blocked_numbersAdd blocked numbersPOSTBlock phone numbers for an agent, so their calls are refused. The result lists numbers added and numbers that failed (invalid or already blocked); a request can partially succeed. Pass agentId and uid.list_blocked_numbersList blocked numbersGETList the phone numbers blocked for an agent. Pass agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.remove_blocked_numbersRemove blocked numbersDELETEUnblock phone numbers for an agent. The result lists numbers removed and numbers that failed (invalid or not on the list); a request can partially succeed. Pass agentId from list_agents and uid.
Agent document, 3 operations
delete_agent_documentDelete agent documentDELETEDelete a document from an agent's knowledge base; the agent stops using it. Pass documentId from list_agent_documents, agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.list_agent_documentsList agent documentsGETList the documents in an agent's knowledge base, with their id, name, active flag and extracted text. Pass agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.upload_agent_documentsUpload agent documentsPOSTUpload one document (PDF, DOCX or TXT, under 10 MB) to an agent's knowledge base, which the agent then uses during calls. Returns the new document IDs. Pass agentId from list_agents and uid.
Agent website, 3 operations
add_agent_websiteAdd agent websitePOSTCrawl a website and add its pages to an agent's knowledge base. limit (pages) and maxDepth are capped at 10; include or exclude paths to narrow the crawl. Pass agentId from list_agents and uid.delete_agent_websiteDelete agent websiteDELETERemove a website from an agent's knowledge base; the agent stops using its content. Pass websiteId from list_agent_websites, agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.list_agent_websitesList agent websitesGETList the websites in an agent's knowledge base, with their id, name, URL, active flag and crawled content. Pass agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.
Agent generation, 2 operations
generate_agentGenerate agentPOSTCreate a new inbound agent and its first flow from a prompt. Returns agentId and workflowId. Needs orgId from list_organizations and a unique Idempotency-Key. Waits for the job and returns the finished result; gives up after 10 minutes.get_agent_generationGet agent generationGETGet the status of an agent generation started by generate_agent: queued, generating, completed (with agentId and workflowId) or failed (with an error code and message).
Call, 2 operations
list_callsList callsGETList an agent's calls with filters on status, sentiment, type, outcome, dates, duration, campaign or A/B test. Paginate with limit and offset; total counts all matches. Pass agentId from list_agents.set_call_outcomeSet call outcomePATCHWrite a business outcome on a call after it ended: an outcome label, a monetary value and custom metadata. Fields left out stay unchanged. Identify the call by its ID from list_calls or by the customer's phone number.
Get agent, 2 operations
get_agentGet agentPOSTGet a compact record of one agent (agentId, name, owner uid, country, business phone number), not its flow configuration. Pass agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.list_agentsList agentsPOSTList the agents assigned directly to a Phonely user: agentId, name, owner uid, country and business phone number. Pass your own user ID as uid (the API key must belong to it).
Duplicate agent, 1 operation
duplicate_agentDuplicate agentPOSTCreate a new agent copied from an existing agent's configuration. Returns the new agent's agentId and name. Pass the source agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.
Get call, 1 operation
get_callGet callPOSTGet one call's details and analysis: summary, long summary, sentiment, topic, key points, action items, follow-up, text transcript and timing. Pass agentId from list_agents, callId from list_calls and your uid.
Get org, 1 operation
list_organizationsList organizationsGETList the organizations assigned to a Phonely user (orgId and name). The orgId is what generate_agent and update_agent take. Pass your own user ID as uid.
List voice, 1 operation
list_voicesList voicesGETList the public voices available for Phonely agents, with the id to pass as voiceId to update_agent, plus language, accent, gender, tags and multilingual support. Needs no user ID.
Report call error, 1 operation
report_call_issueReport call issuePOSTSend feedback about a call to the Phonely team for review: a contact email and a reason. It contacts Phonely support, it does not change the call. The call must belong to the agent. Pass agentId, callId (list_calls) and uid.
Update agent, 1 operation
update_agentUpdate agentPOSTChange an agent's setup: voice, name, greeting message, conversation style, vocal fillers, or the organization it belongs to. Only the fields you send change. Pass agentId from list_agents and your user ID as uid.
Use Phonely from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Phonely in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Phonely operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Phonely
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Phonely once
Add your Phonely connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
