Parser Expert integration

Parser Expert extracts structured data from documents and webpages with AI. Upload a file (PDF, DOCX, image or text, up to 10 pages) or a webpage URL into a data bucket whose extraction fields you set up in the Parser Expert dashboard, then read the extracted fields back with the parser id the upload returns. Buckets, fields and templates are configured in the dashboard only; the API has these two routes. Authentication is an API key (Dashboard, Integration, New API Key) sent in the X-API-Key header.

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Parser Expert.Built from the 2 Parser Expert tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Parser Expert

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Document, 1 operation

  • upload_documentUpload documentPOSTUploads a file or a webpage URL into a data bucket for AI extraction. Returns data.parser_id; pass it with the same bucket_id to get_extracted_data and read until status is parsed (or error).

Extracted data, 1 operation

  • get_extracted_dataGet extracted dataGETReads the extraction result of one upload. Pass parser_id from upload_document and its bucket_id. data[].status is pending (read again later), parsed (parsed_data holds the bucket's fields) or error.

Use Parser Expert from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Parser Expert in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Parser Expert operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Parser Expert

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Parser Expert once

Add your Parser Expert connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
