OpenMic AI integration
OpenMic AI runs voice AI agents that make and answer phone calls. Create and configure agents (prompt, voice, LLM, call settings, post-call analysis), attach tools to them, link agents to your phone numbers, place outbound calls and read call records, send SMS and read SMS logs, manage contact lists and contacts, run outbound dialing campaigns, browse voices and read call-minute and SMS usage. Placing a call, sending an SMS and creating a campaign act on real people, and calls use your plan's call minutes. Knowledge bases, web calls, post-call webhook settings and the older v1 API are not exposed; a tool's url and static_params and a call's callback_url are not returned, because they can hold a Cal.com API key or a webhook URL carrying a token. Authentication is a secret API key (omic_...) from the OpenMic dashboard's API Keys section, sent as a Bearer token; the public key (omic_pub_...) is refused on almost every route.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with OpenMic AI
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Agent, 5 operations
create_agentCreate agentPOSTCreates a voice AI agent from a name and a prompt, with optional voice, LLM, call and post-call settings. Returns the agent with its uid. first_message and auto_first_message cannot be combined.delete_agentDelete agentDELETEPermanently deletes an agent. Refused (409) while it is linked to a phone number or a campaign: unlink it with unlink_agent_from_phone_number, or delete the campaign, first.get_agentGet agentGETReturns one agent's full configuration (prompt, voice, LLM, call, advanced and post-call settings) by its uid.list_agentsList agentsGETLists your voice agents, newest first, with their full configuration (prompt, voice, LLM, call and post-call settings). Filter by name or creation date; page with cursor.update_agentUpdate agentPATCHChanges the fields you send on an agent; every field left out keeps its current value. Detaching a knowledge base is not exposed. Returns the updated agent.
Campaign, 5 operations
create_campaignCreate campaignPOSTCreates an outbound campaign that STARTS CALLING every contact of a contact list with an AI agent, within the daily window on the given days, using your plan's call minutes. Returns the campaign.delete_campaignDelete campaignDELETEPermanently deletes a campaign.get_campaignGet campaignGETReturns one campaign: status, agent, number, contact list, dialing window, time zone and days.list_campaignsList campaignsGETLists outbound dialing campaigns, newest first: status, agent, number, contact list and dialing window. Filter by status or creation date; page with cursor.update_campaignUpdate campaignPATCHChanges the fields you send on a campaign (name, number, window, time zone, list, days); every field left out keeps its current value. Status cannot be changed here.
Contact, 5 operations
add_contactAdd contactPOSTAdds one contact to a contact list. A running campaign on that list may call the contact.add_contacts_bulkAdd contacts bulkPOSTAdds up to 1000 contacts to a contact list in one call. Returns how many were created and how many failed. A running campaign on that list may call them.delete_contactsDelete contactsDELETEPermanently deletes the contacts whose IDs you send from a contact list (1 to 1000 IDs per call).list_contactsList contactsGETLists the contacts of a contact list: name, up to three phone numbers and their metadata (personal data). Page with cursor.update_contactUpdate contactPATCHChanges the fields you send on one contact; every field left out keeps its current value.
Contact list, 5 operations
create_contact_listCreate contact listPOSTCreates an empty contact list. Returns it with its id for add_contact, add_contacts_bulk and create_campaign.delete_contact_listDelete contact listDELETEPermanently deletes a contact list.get_contact_listGet contact listGETReturns one contact list with its name and number of contacts.list_contact_listsList contact listsGETLists your contact lists with their number of contacts, newest first. Filter by creation date; page with cursor.update_contact_listUpdate contact listPATCHRenames a contact list.
Tool, 5 operations
create_toolCreate toolPOSTAdds a tool the agent can use during calls: an HTTP request (api_request, needs url), a call transfer, an SMS, an email, a Cal.com booking and more. The agent then acts with it on live calls.delete_toolDelete toolDELETEPermanently removes a tool from an agent.get_toolGet toolGETReturns one tool of an agent: type, name, description, method, parameters schema and speaking options. Its url and static_params are not returned (they can hold a webhook URL or an API key).list_toolsList toolsGETLists the tools attached to an agent (API requests, call transfers, SMS, email, Cal.com booking...), newest first. Filter by type or creation date. Tool url and static_params are not returned.update_toolUpdate toolPATCHChanges the fields you send on an agent's tool; every field left out keeps its current value. Returns the tool without its url and static_params.
Phone number, 4 operations
get_phone_numberGet phone numberGETReturns one phone number of your organization with its inbound and outbound agent UIDs.link_agent_to_phone_numberLink agent to phone numberPOSTLinks an agent to one of your phone numbers: inbound (it answers incoming calls), outbound (default for calls placed from it) or both. Live calls use it at once.list_phone_numbersList phone numbersGETLists the phone numbers of your organization with the agents linked to them for inbound and outbound calls. Filter by number or name (partial match).unlink_agent_from_phone_numberUnlink agent from phone numberPOSTRemoves the agent from one of your phone numbers for the given direction (inbound, outbound or both). Incoming calls are no longer answered by it.

Use OpenMic AI from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect OpenMic AI in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its OpenMic AI operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
