Oneflow integration

Oneflow is a contract management and e-signature platform. Create contracts from templates, fill their data fields, products and parties, add participants, publish (send) them for signing, start draft approval, mark them as signed, move or copy them, and read their files' metadata, events, comments and reminders; manage contacts, folders, tags, template types and webhooks, and list workspaces, templates, playbooks and users. Left out on purpose: SCIM user provisioning, integration blueprints and extensions, file and image uploads with contract import and AI Extract (multipart), participant access links (capability URLs), the decline route (it needs an empty JSON body the engine cannot send), request logs, and the contact, party, participant and webhook updates (Oneflow does not say whether they replace the record, and reads withhold identity and registration numbers, dates of birth and webhook URLs). Rate limit: 2000 requests per 5 minutes per API token (HTTP 429). Authentication: an API token from Marketplace, API tokens, sent in the x-oneflow-api-token header; most write tools also take x-oneflow-user-email, the acting user.

What you can do with Oneflow

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
