Integration

OnceHub integration

OnceHub is a meeting scheduling and booking platform. Read and filter bookings, cancel them, ask the customer to reschedule, reassign them to another host or mark a no-show; list booking calendars, check their open time slots and book a slot for a guest; manage contacts, users and their teams, read a user's weekly availability, review SMS notification delivery, and manage webhook subscriptions. Left out on purpose: one-time booking links and the meeting join, ICS, cancel and reschedule links (single-use capability URLs), contact street addresses and location values, webhook signing secrets and receiving URLs, the availability update (it overwrites location values this catalog does not return) and the API-key test route. Rate limits: 5 requests per second per account and 200 requests per 5 minutes per IP address (HTTP 429 rate_limit_error beyond). Authentication: an API key created under Account Integrations, APIs & Webhooks, sent in the API-Key header.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in OnceHub.Built from the 28 OnceHub tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with OnceHub

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Webhook, 4 operations

Use OnceHub from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect OnceHub in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its OnceHub operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect OnceHub

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect OnceHub once

Add your OnceHub connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
