Nutshell integration
Nutshell is a sales CRM. Search, read, create, update, delete and restore accounts (companies), contacts (people) and leads (deals); close a lead as won or lost, reopen it, move it to another pipeline or watch it; log and schedule activities, write notes, manage tasks and the to-do list; read and create tags, lead sources, products, product categories and email audiences; read lead products and competitors, quotes and invoices (and change their status), custom fields, pipelines and stages, users, markets, territories, forms and the deletion feed. Updates use JSON Patch operations. Not exposed: custom field creation, reports and dashboards, saved filters, email marketing editions, installments, the change-log feed and pipeline CSV exports. Authentication is HTTP Basic: the email address of a Nutshell user as username and an API key (Setup, API keys) as password.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Nutshell
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Nutshell once
Add your Nutshell connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
