Integration

NinjaOne integration

NinjaOne is a remote monitoring and management (RMM) and ticketing platform for IT teams and MSPs. List and search devices and read their hardware, software, patches, services, alerts, jobs and activity; reboot real managed devices, schedule their maintenance, scan and apply their OS and third-party patches, and control their Windows services; manage organizations, locations, contacts, end users, asset tags and custom field values; read and update tickets and list them through ticket boards; read fleet-wide reports (antivirus, health, disks, software, patches, backup usage), policies, groups, scripts, checklists, knowledge base articles, software licenses and billing. Custom field values are set per device, organization, location or end user, and read through the custom fields reports, which return secure values encrypted, never in clear text. Not exposed: running scripts and creating tickets or ticket comments (NinjaOne accepts them only from a token that carries a signed-in user, which a machine-to-machine application does not), device installers (enrollment links), related items, organization documents, the per-entity custom field reads (they can hold stored passwords), and creating or changing custom field definitions, policies and user roles. Authentication: OAuth client credentials from a NinjaOne API Services (machine-to-machine) application; the token covers the scopes configured on that application. Your region, the first part of your NinjaOne address (app, us2, ca, eu, oc or fed), is asked once.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in NinjaOne.Built from the 140 NinjaOne tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with NinjaOne

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use NinjaOne from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect NinjaOne in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its NinjaOne operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

Set up the MCP server step by step

How to connect NinjaOne

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect NinjaOne once

Add your NinjaOne connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
