Integration

NeetoKB integration

NeetoKB is a hosted knowledge base (help center) by neeto. Write and publish help articles (one at a time or up to 25 per call), archive, clone, schedule, trash and restore them, read their revisions and SEO settings, upload images and files for article HTML, organise categories, tags, page recommendations, redirections and header and footer links, run full-text searches, read search and visit reports, and change the workspace and SEO settings. Team members, authors, personal preferences, webhooks, unlisted share links and themes are not exposed, and the names and emails of article authors and editors are left out of the responses. Lists are paged with page_number and page_size. Requests over the rate limit answer HTTP 429 (the limit is not published). Authentication is a workspace API key (type General) sent in the X-Api-Key header, on your workspace subdomain.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in NeetoKB.Built from the 60 NeetoKB tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with NeetoKB

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

How to connect NeetoKB

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect NeetoKB once

Add your NeetoKB connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
