NeetoForm integration

NeetoForm is an online form builder. List and search the forms in a workspace, read one form with its questions, list a form's submissions with each answer next to its question (filter by submission time, page through results), create a new form, and list, invite, update or remove workspace team members. Not exposed: the form's public fill-in link (attempt_url, a capability link), the submitter's IP address and the opaque field_values block of submissions, and team members' profile photos; editing form questions, deleting forms or submissions, and webhooks are not part of the vendor API. Authentication: a workspace API key of type General (Admin panel, API keys) sent in the X-Api-Key header, plus your workspace subdomain; a key works only in the workspace that created it. Neeto publishes no numeric rate limit: going over it answers HTTP 429, retry later.

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in NeetoForm.Built from the 9 NeetoForm tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with NeetoForm

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Team member, 5 operations

  • create_team_memberCreate team memberPOSTAdds people to the workspace for real by email with a role; send_invitation_email decides whether NeetoForm emails them. An existing address is reactivated and its role overwritten.
  • delete_team_memberDelete team memberDELETERemoves a team member from the workspace for real: the member is deactivated and loses access; forms and submissions they created stay. The last admin cannot be removed.
  • get_team_memberGet team memberGETReturns one active team member by id: email, names, time zone, workspace role and active flag.
  • list_team_membersList team membersGETLists the workspace's active team members (id, email, names, role, time zone), 30 per page by default.
  • update_team_memberUpdate team memberPATCHChanges a team member's email, names, time zone or workspace role for real. Only the fields sent change; leave a field out to keep its current value.

Form, 3 operations

  • create_formCreate formPOSTCreates a new, empty form in the workspace for real and returns it with its id. Questions are added in the NeetoForm editor; the API cannot add them.
  • get_formGet formGETReturns one form with its questions in form order (label, kind, slug). Join list_submissions answers to these questions on slug.
  • list_formsList formsGETLists the workspace's forms (id, title, status flags), oldest first; order=desc for newest first. Without page_number every matching form comes back in one response.

Submission, 1 operation

  • list_submissionsList submissionsGETLists a form's submissions with each answer beside its question, oldest first (order=desc for newest). Filter by submitted_after / submitted_before; without page_number all come back.

Use NeetoForm from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect NeetoForm in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its NeetoForm operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect NeetoForm

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect NeetoForm once

Add your NeetoForm connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
