Mumble integration

Mumble is an Israeli WhatsApp Business CRM. Its API adds, edits and deletes customers (identified by phone number) with lead source and ad attribution data, lists customers, assigns them to agents, teams, labels or chatbots, manages labels, sends WhatsApp text, media and template messages to real people, and lists and creates WhatsApp message templates. Single-customer, message and conversation reads are not exposed because the reference does not say how their parameters are sent, nor are conversation status changes (undocumented values) and the chatbot list. Authentication is the account API token, found in the account technical settings, sent in the Mumble-Api-Key header.

What you can do with Mumble

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
