Mixmax integration
Mixmax is a sales engagement platform on top of Gmail and Outlook. Create, update, schedule and send tracked emails, send email from a template or as a plain message, list sequences and add or cancel their recipients, manage templates and their folders, sequence folders and the unsubscribe list, search the live feed and its open, click and reply events, save Insights reports and query report data, search meeting summaries and read transcripts, manage meeting types and the scheduling link, read meeting invites, calls (limited beta), tasks, polls, Q&A forms, Yes/No questions and file requests, and manage teams and their members. Messages, recipients, live feed events, meeting transcripts, calls and answers are personal data, and several tools send real email. Left out: rules and their webhook actions (their objects carry signing secrets, webhook URLs and header values), the deprecated contacts and contact groups, the Salesforce proxy, developer integrations (commands, enhancements, link resolvers, sidebars), creating meeting types, changing user preferences and the auto BCC exclusion list. Authentication is a Mixmax API token sent in the X-API-Token header: a personal token from Settings > Integrations works everywhere, while an admin-managed API key works only with sequences, tasks and calls.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Mixmax
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Mixmax from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Mixmax in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Mixmax operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
claude mcp add --transport http livecontext https://livecontext.ai/mcp --header "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"[mcp_servers.livecontext]

}
}
}How to connect Mixmax
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Mixmax once
Add your Mixmax connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
