Middesk integration
Middesk verifies US businesses (KYB). Create a business from its name and address (TIN optional) and Middesk checks it against Secretary of State, IRS and other records; then read its status, review tasks, registrations, formation, TIN match flags, watchlist summary, liens, bankruptcies, litigations, industry classification, website analysis and risk assessments, place more orders, score businesses with Signal, monitor them for changes, approve or reject them through actions, and autocomplete or prefill business identities. Personal data is not returned: people, officers, registered agents, addresses, phone numbers, emails, TIN values, lien debtors and secured parties, litigation parties, watchlist hit records, criminal records and PEP and adverse-media screenings are withheld from every answer; the business address, phone numbers and TIN you send to create or update a business are inputs only, and people are not sent. Left out as well: KYC and people-focused orders, the report PDF and batch CSV downloads, document download links, UCC lien filing (create, batch, termination, continuation), webhook creation and update with their payload schemas, the Entity Management partner routes (registration requests, applications, companies, jurisdictions, questions, registered-agent mail), AI agent threads and runs, and sub-accounts with their API keys. Authentication is a Middesk API key sent as a Bearer token, with the host matching the key: a live key (mk_live_) on api.middesk.com, a test key (mk_test_) on api-sandbox.middesk.com. API access is sold by contract (contact Middesk sales); each key may make 20 requests per second, and a sandbox account may create 120 businesses per minute. The sandbox host does not serve every route: risk assessments, the timeline, policy results, connections, TIN match availability, an order or a business batch read by id alone and webhook event schemas answer 404 there.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Middesk
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
