MeisterTask integration

MeisterTask is a Kanban-style task manager. Manage projects, their sections (board columns) and tasks: create, update, move, complete or trash tasks and subtasks, comment, upload attachments, tag tasks with project labels, add checklists and checklist items, link related tasks, add followers, track time with work intervals and read the people who share a project. Business-plan features are included: custom field types, custom field values, dropdown items and timeline items. Not exposed: team groups, project memberships, project rights (sharing and roles), project settings and project images. Lists page with items (at most 500) and page, and sort with sort. Authentication is a personal access token created on the MindMeister API page (mindmeister.com/api) with the scopes userinfo.profile, userinfo.email and meistertask, sent as a Bearer token.

What you can do with MeisterTask

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Checklist, 7 operations
