Integration

MeetGeek integration

MeetGeek is an AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes and summarizes video calls. With this API an agent can list the user's past meetings and the meetings of the teams they belong to, read one meeting's details (title, times, host and participant emails, template, teams), its transcript sentence by sentence, its AI summary, its highlights (tasks, next steps and other labelled moments) and its AI insights (meeting KPIs, popular themes, improvement suggestions), send the MeetGeek bot into a live call, submit a recording by public URL for analysis, and delete a meeting. The recording download route is not exposed (it returns a temporary tokenized link), and the meeting join link is not returned. Webhooks are configured in the MeetGeek web app, not through this API. Authentication is a MeetGeek API key from app.meetgeek.ai, Integrations, Public API card, sent as a Bearer token; keys are region-specific, so the API host must match the region of the account. Rate limits: Free and Pro plans 100 requests and 10 uploads per day; Business and Enterprise 100 requests and 10 uploads per minute.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in MeetGeek.Built from the 11 MeetGeek tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with MeetGeek

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Meeting, 3 operations

  • delete_meetingDelete meetingDELETEDeletes a meeting from the user's MeetGeek account. Acts for real; MeetGeek documents no way to restore a deleted meeting through this API.
  • get_meetingGet meetingGETGets one meeting's details: title, start and end time, time zone, language, host and participant emails, template, source and the teams it is shared with.
  • list_meetingsList meetingsGETLists the user's past meetings (id, start and end time), one page at a time; page with cursor from pagination.next_cursor. Pass a meeting_id to get_meeting for details.

Highlight, 1 operation

  • list_meeting_highlightsList meeting highlightsGETLists the highlights MeetGeek detected in a meeting (tasks and other labelled moments), optionally only one type such as next_steps.

Insight, 1 operation

  • get_meeting_insightsGet meeting insightsGETGets the AI insights of a meeting: KPI scores with per-participant talk time, popular themes and improvement suggestions. Can answer HTTP 204 (no content) instead, with no insights to read.

Meeting bot, 1 operation

  • send_bot_to_meetingSend bot to meetingPOSTSends the MeetGeek bot into a real, live video call to record and transcribe it. Acts for real: the bot enters the call and MeetGeek notifies the participants that it joined. Counts against the API rate limit. Returns the new meeting_id.

Recording, 1 operation

  • upload_recordingUpload recordingPOSTSubmits an audio or video recording by public URL for MeetGeek analysis; returns only a confirmation. Acts for real and counts toward the upload limit. Find the result later with list_meetings.

Summary, 1 operation

  • get_meeting_summaryGet meeting summaryGETGets the AI-written summary of a meeting and MeetGeek's AI assessment of how it went.

Team, 1 operation

  • list_teamsList teamsGETLists the teams of the user: those it can share meetings with (share_access) and those whose meetings it can view (view_access). Pass a team id to list_team_meetings.

Team meeting, 1 operation

  • list_team_meetingsList team meetingsGETLists past meetings shared with one team (id, start and end time); page with cursor from pagination.next_cursor. teamId comes from list_teams.

Transcript, 1 operation

  • list_meeting_transcriptList meeting transcriptGETLists the transcript of a meeting sentence by sentence (speaker, time, text); page with cursor from pagination.next_cursor until it is empty.

Use MeetGeek from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect MeetGeek in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its MeetGeek operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect MeetGeek

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect MeetGeek once

Add your MeetGeek connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
