Integration

ManyChat integration

ManyChat automates conversations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email. With the Page API an agent can find and read subscribers (contacts), create and update them, tag them, set their custom fields, send them dynamic messages or start an automation (flow), and manage the account's tags, custom fields, bot fields, flows and growth tools. The deprecated widgets route and the profile-level template sharing API are not exposed. Authentication is the account's API key (ManyChat Settings, API) sent as a Bearer token.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in ManyChat.Built from the 33 ManyChat tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with ManyChat

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Subscriber, 8 operations

  • create_subscriberCreate subscriberPOSTCreate a subscriber from contact data and return it (data.id). At least one of phone, whatsapp_phone or email is required; phone needs has_opt_in_sms and email needs has_opt_in_email. Limit 10 requests per second.
  • find_subscriber_by_system_fieldFind subscriber by system fieldGETFind one subscriber by email OR phone (send exactly one of the two). Returns the subscriber in data. Limit 50 requests per second.
  • find_subscribers_by_custom_fieldFind subscribers by custom fieldGETFind subscribers whose Text or Number custom user field equals a value. Returns at most 100, most recently updated first. Get field ids from list_custom_fields.

Use ManyChat from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect ManyChat in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its ManyChat operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect ManyChat

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect ManyChat once

Add your ManyChat connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
