Maestra integration
Maestra transcribes, subtitles, translates and dubs (AI voiceover) audio and video, and runs Maestra Live events with real-time captions and translation. Import a media file from a URL, list your files and folder tree, translate a file, generate and export voiceovers, import or export subtitles and transcripts (SRT, VTT, JSON), move files, create folders and channels, list voices and voice samples, clone a voice from a recording, set default speakers and read your credits; for Maestra Live, create events (which spends purchased event days), list them with their join and host links, and manage AI contexts and the account glossary. A cloned voice is built from a real person's recording, and uploaded media and transcripts can be personal data. Left out: the channel list, whose answer shape the vendor reference and Pipedream's client read differently, and the dictionary read, which only the docs page lists. Authentication is a Maestra API key sent in the apiKey header.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
What you can do with Maestra
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Create channel, 1 operation
create_channelCreate channelPOSTCreates a channel in your Maestra Teams workspace and returns its channelId.
Create folder, 1 operation
create_folderCreate folderPOSTCreates a folder under a folder path and returns the new folder's path.
Create live context, 1 operation
create_live_contextCreate live contextPOSTCreates an AI context (a name, background text up to 500 characters and up to 10 key/value facts) that improves the transcription of the events using it.
Create live event, 1 operation
create_live_eventCreate live eventPOSTCreates a Maestra Live event with its first room and returns the audience join link and host link. It spends one purchased event day (or days); the date cannot be changed later. Idempotency-Key makes retries safe.
Delete live context, 1 operation
delete_live_contextDelete live contextPOSTDeletes an AI context. A context used by an event that has not ended cannot be deleted (HTTP 409 with the event ids); move those events to another context first.
Export file, 1 operation
export_fileExport filePOSTGenerates a download link for a file's transcript or subtitles as VTT (default), SRT or JSON, with line count, characters per line and speaker names options.
Export voiceover, 1 operation
export_voiceoverExport voiceoverPOSTReturns download links of a file's voiceover audio, one per requested language.
Generate voiceover, 1 operation
generate_voiceoverGenerate voiceoverPOSTStarts AI voiceover synthesis of a file in the given languages.
Get credit, 1 operation
get_creditsGet creditsGETReturns the credits left on the account: non-expiring credits and this month's credits.
Get file, 1 operation
list_filesList filesGETLists your Maestra files as a map keyed by file id: name, folder path, duration, languages, status and dates; fileId returns one file. Uploaded media and transcripts can be personal data.
Get folder, 1 operation
get_folder_treeGet folder treeGETReturns your folder tree under root: each folder is keyed by its id and carries folderName, created and, for Maestra Teams, channelId, with its subfolders nested the same way. A folder path is root/<id>/<id>.
Get live context, 1 operation
list_live_contextsList live contextsGETLists your Maestra Live AI contexts (background text and key facts that improve transcription), sorted by name; contextId returns that one context instead.
Get live event, 1 operation
list_live_eventsList live eventsGETLists your Maestra Live events, newest first, with rooms, join and host links and status (draft, scheduled, live, ended), plus unused event days; eventId returns that one event instead.
Get live glossary, 1 operation
get_live_glossaryGet live glossaryGETReturns the account glossary used by every Maestra Live session (spelling hints and per-language translation terms), and whether your plan includes custom glossaries.
Get voice sample, 1 operation
get_voice_sampleGet voice sampleGETReturns a link to a sample of one voice in one language.
Import subtitle, 1 operation
import_subtitleImport subtitlePOSTImports a subtitle file from a URL into an existing file for one language. It replaces the file's current subtitles, and all previous edits are lost.
List voice, 1 operation
list_voicesList voicesGETLists the voiceover voices with their voiceId, name, languages (and accents) and whether each is a pro voice; groupByLanguage groups them by language.
Move file, 1 operation
move_fileMove filePOSTMoves a file to another folder, or to another channel on Maestra Teams.
Names id, 1 operation
list_cloned_voicesList cloned voicesGETLists the voices you cloned, with their id and name.
Remove, 1 operation
remove_cloned_voiceRemove cloned voiceDELETEDeletes one of your cloned voices.
Set default speaker, 1 operation
set_default_speakersSet default speakersPOSTSets the default voiceover voice per language for each speaker: item 0 applies to speakers not listed, the next items to the speakers of the audio in order.
Set live event context, 1 operation
set_live_event_contextSet live event contextPOSTSets the AI context on every room of an event, from the event's next session. Removing an event's context is not exposed here.
Set live glossary, 1 operation
set_live_glossarySet live glossaryPOSTReplaces the account glossary fields you send (spelling hints, translation terms per language); an empty list or object clears that field. Up to 10,000 characters in all; needs a paid Live plan or an event purchase, except to clear.
Translate, 1 operation
translate_fileTranslate filePOSTTranslates an existing file into the given languages.
Update live context, 1 operation
update_live_contextUpdate live contextPOSTUpdates an AI context's name, background text or key facts; only the fields sent change. Events using it get the change from their next session.
Upload file, 1 operation
upload_fileUpload filePOSTImports a media file from a public URL into Maestra as a transcript, caption or voiceover project and returns the new fileId; the import job runs in the background.
User audio, 1 operation
clone_voiceClone voicePOSTCreates a cloned voice (ElevenLabs) from the recording of a person at fileUrl, usable for voiceovers; it uses one of your voice cloning slots (HTTP 402 when none is left).
Use Maestra from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Maestra in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Maestra operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.
claude mcp add --transport http livecontext https://livecontext.ai/mcp --header "X-API-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"[mcp_servers.livecontext]
url = "https://livecontext.ai/mcp"
[mcp_servers.livecontext.http_headers]
"X-API-Key" = "YOUR_API_KEY"{
"mcpServers": {
"livecontext": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://livecontext.ai/mcp",
"headers": {
"X-API-Key": "YOUR_API_KEY"
}
}
}
}How to connect Maestra
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Maestra once
Add your Maestra connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
