Integration

Lucid integration

Lucid (Lucidchart, Lucidspark, Lucidscale) is a visual collaboration suite. Create Lucidchart or Lucidspark documents (blank, from Lucid Standard Import JSON, from Mermaid markup, or imported from Visio, draw.io, Gliffy and other files), copy, rename, move, tag and trash them, read their pages, shapes and lines, add and edit Mermaid diagrams, read and post comments, manage folders, teams and repositories and who can access them, read users, subscriptions and licenses, and browse shape libraries. Share links, embeds, document image export, content transfer, legal holds, audit logs, cloud (Lucidscale) data sources, SCIM provisioning and the legacy Data API are not exposed. Authentication is a Lucid API key sent as a Bearer token; create it in the Lucid developer portal (developer tools must be enabled for the user) and give it the grants the tools need (each tool names its grant). Some tools are limited to Enterprise or Enterprise Shield accounts, as their descriptions say.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Lucid.Built from the 87 Lucid tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Lucid

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Lucid from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Lucid in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Lucid operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Lucid

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Lucid once

Add your Lucid connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
