Integration

LoyaltyLion integration

LoyaltyLion is a loyalty and rewards platform for e-commerce stores. With its Admin API an agent can look up loyalty customers with their points, tier and available rewards, add or remove points, redeem and refund rewards, record customer activities and orders so loyalty rules award points, approve or void activities, read point transactions, sync product reviews, enable or disable rewards, manage loyalty email unsubscribes and subscribe to webhooks. Customer exports are not exposed (their result is a signed download link), nor the WebView session and Gatsby integration routes; customer referral, receipt upload and loyalty pass links, gift card and voucher codes and webhook target URLs are not returned. Authentication is a program API key (LoyaltyLion admin, Manage, API keys) sent as a Bearer token; each route needs the key scope named in its description. The rate limit is 20 requests per second.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in LoyaltyLion.Built from the 30 LoyaltyLion tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with LoyaltyLion

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Activity, 4 operations

  • create_activityCreate activityPOSTRecords a customer activity so the matching loyalty rule can award points (for real, visible to the customer). name is a custom rule identifier, or a built-in rule prefixed with $ such as $signup. Key scope: write_customers.

Use LoyaltyLion from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect LoyaltyLion in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its LoyaltyLion operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect LoyaltyLion

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect LoyaltyLion once

Add your LoyaltyLion connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
