LiveSwitch integration

LiveSwitch is a video and photo collaboration platform for field service and home improvement businesses: a technician or agent invites a customer to a live video Session (a conversation) or to upload photos and videos, and the media is gathered into projects. Manage contacts, conversations, projects and tags, read recordings, documents, snapshots and form submissions, run Sparks (AI reports) on a conversation or project from a Spark template, manage custom attributes and webhooks, and read accounts and organization settings. The presigned upload URL routes are not exposed. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 through a LiveSwitch Developer App (requested from [email protected]); every route needs its scope.

What you can do with LiveSwitch

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
