Listclean integration

Listclean verifies email addresses before you send to them. Check one address in real time (clean, dirty, unknown or error, with disposable, role-based, free-provider and MX details), submit up to 3,000 addresses as one batch list, follow your lists and their clean and dirty analytics, download a finished list's results as a CSV file, read the log of single verifications, follow CSV uploads and check your remaining credits. The chunked CSV upload routes, the JSON results download (its response is not documented) and the account profile routes are not exposed. Authentication is a Listclean API key sent in the X-Auth-Token header; each verification consumes credits.

The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Listclean.Built from the 10 Listclean tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Listclean

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Verification list, 3 operations

  • delete_listDelete listDELETEDeletes one verification list from the account.
  • get_listGet listGETReturns one verification list: its file name, size, upload time, status (SUBMITTED, INPROCESS or COMPLETED), the clean and dirty counts and rates with a breakdown by category, and its cost.
  • list_listsList listsGETLists the verification lists of the account with, for each, its file name, size, upload time, status (SUBMITTED, INPROCESS or COMPLETED), clean and dirty analytics by category, and cost.

Csv upload, 2 operations

  • get_uploadGet uploadGETReturns the status of one CSV upload (inprocess, success or error), its completion percentage, how many of its chunks were uploaded, and the request id it was assigned.
  • list_uploadsList uploadsGETLists the CSV uploads of the account with the status and progress of each.

Credit balance, 1 operation

  • get_creditsGet creditsGETReturns the number of verification credits left on the account.

Email address, 1 operation

  • verify_emailVerify emailGETVerifies one email address in real time: its status (clean, dirty, unknown or error) with remarks, whether it is disposable, role-based or from a free provider, its MX records, the mail service provider, and its user and domain parts. Uses credits.

Email list, 1 operation

  • verify_email_batchVerify email batchPOSTSubmits up to 3,000 email addresses (the default limit) as one verification list and returns its list_id. Verification runs in the background: poll get_list until status is COMPLETED, then download the results with download_list_results.

List results, 1 operation

  • download_list_resultsDownload list resultsGETDownloads the results of a verification list as a CSV file: only the clean addresses, only the dirty ones, or only the unknown ones.

Verification log, 1 operation

  • list_verification_logsList verification logsGETLists the log of single email verifications made with verify_email: when each ran, the address, its status and remarks, the credits deducted and any error code.

Use Listclean from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Listclean in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Listclean operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Listclean

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Listclean once

Add your Listclean connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
